Sri Shiva Mahadeva
Lord Shiva, the cosmic principle of dissolution and transformation, will be worshipped in the sacred form of the Shiva Linga within the sanctum. On the three outer sides of the Shiva sanctum, in the sacred Devakoshta niches, the traditional Koshta deities of Shiva temple architecture will be enshrined according to Agama and Shilpa principles. Above the sanctum, the Vimana will be adorned with four sacred forms of Nandi on the four sides, eternally facing and serving Lord Shiva.
Lord Shiva Linga: Lord Shiva manifests in the sacred form of a Shiva Linga, enshrined upon a beautifully adorned Panavattam. The Lord, who is ever pleased by Abhishekam, grants His divine darshan adorned with the sacred serpent ornament. In this serene and powerful form, Lord Shiva blesses the devotees with peace, purity, protection, and spiritual upliftment.
Sri Parvati Devi Sannidhi
"Ammala Gannayamma, Muggurammala Moolaputamma"
Sri Parvati Devi, the Divine Mother and source of all Shakti, will be enshrined in a sacred south-facing sanctum. Her presence completes the Shiva temple as the embodiment of compassion, nourishment, protection, and divine motherhood.
Parivara Devatas
Sri Ganapati
Sri Ganapati, the remover of obstacles, will be enshrined on the side of Lord Shiva's sanctum, blessing devotees with wisdom, courage, protection, and success.
Sri Subrahmanya Swamy
Sri Subrahmanya Swamy, the compassionate protector and destroyer of difficulties, will be enshrined alongside to sanctify the temple and bless devotees.
Shiva Dwarapalakas (Kala & Mahakala)

Mahakala (Right Guardian)
On either side of Lord Shiva's sanctum stand the distinct and powerful Dwarapalakas known as Kala and Mahakala. With their Suchi Hasta gesture, they remind devotees to set aside desire, anger, and the six inner enemies, guiding the devotee from worldly restlessness towards inner stillness.
Shivalayam Architecture & Features
Maha Mandapa Pillars
The Maha Mandapa of Sri Shivalayam will be enriched with circular stone pillars inspired by the magnificent temples of Halebidu and Belur in Karnataka, associated with master sculptor Jakkana Acharya.
Mandapa Elephants
At the front steps of the Mandapa, two elephants will be placed on either side, gracefully welcoming devotees into the sacred presence of Lord Shiva.
Sri Nandeeswara
The sacred bull and eternal devotee of Lord Shiva, enshrined directly opposite the Shiva Garbhagriha within a four-pillared Mandapa in constant darshan.
