1. Symbolic Nature of Seva

A Sacred Brick/Stone is a symbolic unit of Seva contribution (priced at ₹1,116 per unit) . It does not indicate ownership of any part of the temple, the purchase value of construction materials, or any claim over physical assets.

2. Souvenir Book & Donor Wall Recognition

Donor names will be recorded in the Temple Construction Journey Souvenir Book as provided in the application form, unless an anonymous publication choice is selected . Donors offering 100 or more Sacred Bricks/Stones (₹111,600 or above) are eligible for the Permanent Donor Wall display after payment completion, subject to Trust-approved plaque designs .

3. Payment & Refunds

All contributions made toward the temple construction through the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway or other approved modes are voluntary donations to a public charitable trust. Once a receipt is generated and payment is verified, contributions are generally non-refundable.

4. Governing Law
